ABOUT ME
My name is Trent McIntyre. I was born in Southern California in 1986, and moved to Washington State in 1996. Shortly after that, my parents got me my first drum set, and I’ve been playing drums pretty much every day since. I’ve been a Seattle resident since 2005, initially moving here for the music scene and to start playing in bands. After years of wanting to build drums, I started building stainless steel snare drums in 2015, utilizing a family hookup for the material & their metal working knowledge. In 2016, I became a Father and quit my day job. Mainly a stay-at-home Dad, I spread my spare time between playing drums in 4 bands (Coastlands, Old Iron, X Suns, and Yellfire), and building custom snare drums.
